Privacy notice

Trade Mirror is in development. This initial notice covers the public landing page and its planned email waitlist. Waitlist registration is open on the production site, so the details marked below as still to be published must be completed.
What this page collects
The waitlist form asks for your email address so we can send you development updates and early-access news. Once you have joined, you may also choose the trading platforms you use and name your prop firm; both are optional and you can skip them. The form does not ask for broker credentials, account numbers, payment details, or trading history. Do not enter those details in the form.
Your answers are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, together with the date of your signup and the version of this notice you saw. The site does not store them on your device. No emails are sent yet, and the data is not shared with other recipients. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it, and by rate limits based on your IP address; we do not store your IP address with your signup.
Calculator and demo data
The consistency calculator processes the values you enter in your browser. The app demo uses simulated account data. Neither tool connects to a broker, sends these values to a server, or saves them between visits.
How submissions work
Submitting the form sends your answers over HTTPS to this site’s registration service. The page shows a confirmation when your signup has been stored. If a network error occurs, the service may have received your request even if you do not see a confirmation. Submitting the same email address again does not create a second record.
Before registration opens, the operator must publish the data controller’s identity and contact details, the email provider, the relevant processing locations, the applicable legal basis, and the retention period. The operator must also provide a way to unsubscribe and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Any applicable international data transfer arrangements must also be explained.
Cookies and analytics
The landing page does not include advertising scripts or tracking cookies. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports page views and page-speed metrics. The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site. Details of the hosting provider’s data processing and retention must be added to this notice once a provider is selected.
Security and trading data
The landing page does not connect to trading accounts. Credential storage and account data security for the future service are still being developed. These safeguards must be verified before launch. This notice does not guarantee the security of a service that has not launched.
Your choices
Joining the waitlist is optional. It does not create a trading account or guarantee access. Once registration opens, the operator must include an unsubscribe option in update emails and publish a contact channel for privacy requests. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), applicable data protection law may also give you the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Before launch
